Seller pilot terms
These cover applying to the Tapzor seller pilot. They are short on purpose.
Applying is not acceptance
Applying gets you a pass. It does not get you a place. We read every confirmed application ourselves and reply by email within 7 days of your confirmation: yes, not yet, or not a fit, with the reason.
What the pilot is, and is not
Tapzor is in pilot. No live AI DM automation is promised until we have confirmed, with you, that the pilot fits your brand.
If you are accepted, we agree in writing what Tapzor will do for your brand before anything runs.
Your pass
Your pass number identifies your application. It is not a place in a queue and it does not decide who is accepted.
The pass is yours. Save it, post it, send it to whoever you like. Do not alter it, and do not present it as anything more than proof that you applied.
No payment, ever, to apply
Applying is free. We will never ask you for money, a password or a one-time password in order to join. Anyone who does is not us.
We email only from hello@tapzor.com and post only as @tapzorapp. If something claims to be Tapzor and comes from anywhere else, it is not.
Your answers
Give true answers about your brand. We decide who joins by reading them, so an untrue answer wastes your time and ours. If something changes, reply to any email from us.
How we handle your answers is set out in the privacy notice.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or close the pilot. If we do, we email everyone with a confirmed application before the change takes effect.
Law
Tapzor is a product of Thinking Ink Studio (Udyam Registration UDYAM-UP-28-0100473), at G11, SF, Eldeco Green Meadows, Sector Pi, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
